Schools

One day. Real fun. Skills that stick.

What a school day looks like

I arrive before school starts. By the time the first year group walks in, I'm ready.

A typical day is five one-hour sessions with different year groups. High energy, curriculum-relevant, and genuinely fun. Even the reluctant ones get involved. That's not an accident.

The repertoire matters. I teach music that the children actually know and care about. Recent examples include Blinded by Your Grace by Stormzy with Year 7. You start where they are, not where you think they should be.

Popular Formats

Singing for Wellbeing Day: whole-day themed programme, mental health and music linked explicitly

Themed Singing Day: genre-based, decade-based, or curriculum-linked repertoire

Whole-School Singing: I work with every year group across the day

KS1 and KS2 specialist sessions: carefully differentiated for age and ability

Teacher CPD add-on: post-school session on voice, technique and classroom confidence

THE CPD ADD ON

After the school day, I can stay and run a teacher training session.

It's about voice as a tool. How teachers use their voice in the classroom. Breath, projection, presence. How to lead a singing activity without being a music specialist. How to hold a room with your voice alone.

It's practical, it's useful, and teachers consistently say it changes how they use their voice the next morning.

What people say

Tim is quite possibly the best teacher I have ever met. He has a special power to engage, empower and enthuse every young person he comes into contact with. All schools need some of Tim. The impact will be greater than anything else you have previously done

The session was fun, energetic and straightforward, not only for the kids to learn and enjoy, but also from a CPD perspective it allowed me to pick up lots of ideas for how to teach singing with a whole class. Book Tim now. You will not be disappointed.”
— Kirsty • Year 5 Teacher
You engage your audience, be that teachers, children or adult choirs. You speak clearly and illustrate the point you are making. Your conducting is clear and easy to understand.
